Delivery Options
Once a diploma becomes available, it is mailed within two weeks of delivery instructions being received by the Registrar’s Office. Students are notified of diploma availability through MyUCLA.
A student may not receive more than one copy of the diploma.
Delivery Services
The student should confirm the delivery address and select regular or express delivery. There is no fee to deliver a diploma by USPS First-Class Mail. Fees apply for FedEx or USPS Priority Mail Express delivery. Through MyUCLA, payment can be made by e-check or credit card. If using the PDF or printed request, payment can be made by check or charged to a BruinBill account.
The diploma is delivered in a large, 9½-inch by 12½-inch envelope. To avoid bends, creases, or other damage to the diploma, graduates should ensure that their mail delivery location can accommodate these dimensions or choose a different delivery address.
In-Person Pickup
In compliance with COVID-19 related safer-at-home orders, diplomas cannot be picked up in person at this time.
