A per-class course materials fee (sometimes known as a lab fee) is assessed based on class enrollment as of Friday of the fourth week of the term. Students are assessed these fees regardless of major. Students are responsible for ensuring that all study list errors and omissions are corrected prior to the end of week two, when the study list becomes official. Students approved for late-add enrollment after week three are required to pay course material fees. The fees are billed once per quarter through BruinBill and are nonrefundable once assessed.
