Use the Registrar's Service Request (RSR) application to request any of the following services:

  • Mass e-mail to students
  • Student addresses for bulk mailing
  • SRS reports
  • Access to student data from any source
  • Access to Registrar's Office web applications

RSR replaces the User Service Request (USR) form. RSR is designed to be used with Internet Explorer. To access RSR you must have a UCLA Logon ID (formerly known as BOL ID) or AIS account. For questions or assistance, contact the RSR administrator at servicerequest@registrar.ucla.edu.
