How soon after the term can I get my grades for the term? All grades for a completed term should be accessible through URSA no later than two weeks after the last day of final examinations. If grades are not available, they have not been received from the instructor or are still being processed. Do not call the Registrar’s Office directly for grades. What if a grade is missing for one of my courses? What do I do? Consult with your faculty member and/or with the department offering the course regarding grades that have not been submitted to your record. URSA told me my grade in a particular course is different from what my professor told me what I was getting. Consult with your faculty member and/or with the department offering the course. I don't agree with the grade I received in a particular course. To whom do I complain? Consult with your faculty member and/or with the department offering the course. If you need further assistance, consult the Office of Ombuds Services. How do I remove an Incomplete (I) grade from my record? Have your department send a UCLA Report of Academic Revision to the instructor. See Incomplete Grades in the Services section of the current UCLA General Catalog for more information. |
