Documents issued by the Registrar’s Office can be notarized.

The Registrar’s Office notarizes only those documents it issues. To have a UCLA diploma or transcript notarized, complete a Special Verification Letter Request. A special handling fee applies.

  • Mail orders must be accompanied by a check or money order, payable to Regents-UC.
  • In-person orders by current students are billed to the BruinBill account.

Submission

Students should submit the completed form in person or by mail, with attachments and payment, plus recipient address for delivery once notarized, to the Registrar’s Office student services windows.
