UCLA Registrar's Office

After order receipt, a paper transcript can be issued in three working days or an electronic one in 24 hours.

Complete academic transcripts are available approximately two weeks after the last day of the term.

Grades

Grades for completed terms are processed immediately following the conclusion of final examinations.

Processing and Delivery

The minimum standard time required for the Registrar’s Office to process and issue a paper academic transcript, for both registered and former students, is three working days after an order is submitted online or received in the mail. The minimum standard time to process and issue an electronic (PDF) transcript is 24 hours.

Delivery time depends on the delivery service selected. Expedited service—paper processing within 24 hours, electronic (PDF) processing within 30 minutes—is available for an additional fee per addressee.

Transcripts can be faxed for a fee per fax number called. Faxed transcripts are generally not considered official, and the University cannot ensure confidentiality for any faxed documents.

Final Transcript

For graduating students, academic transcripts with the graduation date included are available approximately six weeks after the end of the final term. See final transcript for details and degree verification information.
