How do I notify the Registrar’s Office that my address has changed?

The UCLA Registrar’s Office requires the change to be made either through URSA or in writing (address changes are not accepted over the telephone). If you mail or fax your address change, you must include your student I.D. number and signature. Your request can be faxed to (310) 206-4520 or mailed to

You may also complete a UCLA Address Change Form -- available from the Murphy Hall northwest lobby -- and return it to 1113 Murphy Hall.

Address changes are updated in real time on the Student Records System when you use URSA, but changes submitted on paper may take several days.
